Dramático caso en Ñuble: Diputado Sabag pide fiscal por violación y embarazo de adolescente sordomuda y con retardo mental

El diputado DC Jorge Sabag pidió hoy al Fiscal Nacional que designe a un Fiscal Especial para que “investigue el caso de una adolescente de la comuna de Ñiquén, que es sordomuda y tiene retardo mental, y que fue violada y embarazada por un individuo de 58 años, quedando éste libre tras afirmar que fue seducido por ella”. Agregó que “la joven, Bárbara Acuña Sepúlveda, quien cumplió 18 años hace 2 meses, padece de una sordera total, es sordomuda y presenta un retardo mental, con un coeficiente que corresponde al de un niño de 10 años”.

“Ella ha sido víctima de abusos sexuales reiterados por parte de un individuo y producto de ello, quedó embarazada y hoy tiene 4 meses de gestación, por lo que al momento de engendrar ese hijo, era menor de edad”.

El diputado Sabag agregó que “lamentablemente, el individuo que perpetró este horrendo delito fue dejado en libertad el día lunes recién pasado, tras declarar que el “habría sido seducido por la joven y que todo fue con consentimiento de ella, lo cual es absurdo, ya que ella presenta un retardo mental y problemas de comunicación, con una capacidad reducida para categorizar, identificar correctamente o que está sufriendo”.

“Por ello, es necesario, y así lo estoy pidiendo, que el Fiscal Nacional ordene la designación de un Fiscal Especial para investigar esta situación, ya que una situación tan grave e como esta no puede quedar en la impunidad”.

“Además, estoy solicitando al Servicio Nacional de la Discapacidad, para que se haga parte en esta querella, con el fin de lograr que se recalifique correctamente el tipo penal que corresponde en este caso, que es una violación con amenaza, violencia y maltrato físico con resultado de lesiones, que además es reiterada”.

El parlamentario planteó personalmente al Ministro Lavín su preocupación por este dramático caso, quien, según explicó Sabag, “señaló que tomarías cartas en el asunto”.

Finalmente, el diputado DC Jorge Sabag dijo que “y también pido al Sename que ayude sicológicamente y le proporcione un tratamiento sicológico a la menor en este momento y durante todo su embarazo”.
