Diputado Gabriel Silber presenta recurso de protección contra el Club de Golf de Chicureo por “conductas discriminatorias”

Reglamento del Club de Golf las Brisas de Chicureo establece normas discriminatorias hacia las trabajadoras de casa particular, según aseguró el parlamentario.

El diputado DC Gabriel Silber, junto a Ruth Olate, presidenta del Sindicato de Trabajadoras de Casa Particular, presentó hoy lunes un recurso de protección en contra del Club de Golf Las Brisas, ubicado en Chicureo, considerando el contenido de la normativa interna de este club que, según explicó el diputado DC, “establece una serie de discriminaciones y prohibiciones en contra de estas trabajadoras, francamente inaceptables”.

El diputado por Colina, Pudahuel y Til Til, señaló tras el ingreso del recurso que “cuesta pensar que aún en Chile existan este tipo de reglamentos, y que en este lugar abiertamente se discrimine, a través de un reglamento, a quienes llegan hasta al Club a cumplir con su trabajo acompañando a las familias socias, obligándolas a vestir de nana necesariamente, con uniforme, prohibiéndoseles, además, el ingreso a ciertos lugares del Club”.

“Esto no puede ocurrir en nuestra sociedad, por eso, estamos pidiendo a la Corte de Apelaciones de Santiago que se pronuncie sobre la legalidad de las normas contenidas en el reglamento de dicho club, ya que tenemos serias dudas sobre ellas”.
